Different to some of our competitors who ship your documents interstate or overseas for destruction, we own and operate an industrial shredding machine guaranteeing your confidential shredding is carried out locally.

Our shredding plant is a state of the art facility where we operate the most up to date shredding machine with a capacity to shred 2 tonne of paper per hour. This is equivalent to 800 reams of paper or 400,000 individual sheets.

This shredding plant is located onsite at our premise in Bibra Lake which ensures that your confidential business and personal information is always securely under our control throughout the shredding process.

Perth Locations

CTI Shredding & Recycling operates from two company-owned facilities in Perth:Bibra Lake and West Perth. The Bibra Lake site houses our secure industrial shredding plant and equipment, where document destruction and recycling processes are managed under strict access controls.

The West Perth facility serves as a central hub for pickup and delivery vehicles, enabling quick responses to urgent requests and efficient service to the CBD and greater Perth metropolitan area via convenient freeway access.

We offer an instant online quote and booking service for our On-going and Once-off services, with secure credit card payment available at checkout.

On-Going Shredding Bin Service (Confidential):

Lockable shredding bins are placed at your premises for regular secure document destruction, with monthly invoicing and all paper waste recycled.

On-Going Recycling Bin Service (Non-Confidential):

Unsecured bins for regular collection of general office paper waste, serviced on a schedule and fully recycled.

Short Term Shredding Bin (Confidential):

A secure bin is delivered for one-week use (with extension available), allowing you to fill it over time before collection and shredding, with all paper recycled.

On-Spot Fill Shredding Bin (Confidential):

Our driver collects pre-prepared documents on a chosen day, immediately loads them into a secure bin for offsite shredding.

Shredding Drop Off (Confidential):

You deliver your documents to our West Perth or Bibra Lake centres for cost-effective and secure shredding.

Archive Box Collection and Shredding (Confidential):

We collect and shred large volumes of expired archive boxes securely, with pricing per box and all paper waste recycled.

Our Commitment to Security

Considering our business and reputation hinges on confidentiality and trust, our operational security is paramount to us.

We have intruder detection and access control systems installed which are monitored by our sister company (ARM) who is also a member of the CTI Logistics group of companies. ARM is also located at our West Perth facility and provides 24 hours a day 7 days a week security services to Western Australian commercial and residential customers.

A network of CCTV cameras are located around the perimeter and throughout the warehouses ensuring we have a visual of operations at all times. The footage taken is recorded to DVR as a precaution and available to revisit at a later stage if required. Further to this, ARM security officers observe TV monitors in real time during our operational hours.

In addition to physical security systems, our complete document destruction process has been documented into Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for both operation and administration functions. To ensure compliance, periodic SOP refresher courses are held and staff are notified and updated with any procedural changes that may occur from time to time.

Our staff sign a confidentiality clause in their letter of employment prior to commencing employment with CTI Shredding and Recycling.

Our Commitment to Recycling

We are also committed to being a responsible environmental steward. For this reason we offer recycling bins for a variety of recyclable materials. Recycling is a great way to reduce your environmental impact and save money on waste disposal costs.

When the documents have been processed through the machine into an illegible recyclable paper waste, the waste is supplied to a pulping and processing mill for recycling. We guarantee that 100% of the recyclable paper waste that we have shredded is recycled.

Recycled paper is remanufactured into a variety of consumable products such as newspaper, office paper, cardboard and packaging. This paper can be recycled numerous times before it reaches it's life time usability.
